Niet-pluis	1. Betrouwbare en begrijpelijke informatie, over-zicht van beschikbare zorg en ondersteuning, contact met deskundige, specifiek voor de-mentie op jonge leeftijd
Diagnose	2. De tijd tussen eerste signalen en diagnose bij dementie op jonge leeftijd moet korter; is bij jonge mensen met dementie nu vaak vele ja-ren
Leven met dementie: ondersteuning	3. Zo lang als mogelijk op een prettige manier thuis kunnen blijven wonen
	4. In de eerste fase van het zorgtraject staan praktische vragen rond werk, inkomen en uit-keringen meer op de voorgrond dan zorgvragen
	5. De persoon met dementie heeft behoefte aan betekenisvolle activiteiten waarin hij/zij ple-zier, autonomie en vrijheid vindt
